Overview:
The Business Development Executive at Al Aziziyah consultancy co will be a key player in driving growth and expanding the consultancy services in the Middle East, India, and Africa regions. This role requires an experienced professional who can effectively represent the company, understand client needs, and promote and sell consultancy services. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for building client relationships, creating proposals, and generating new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Consultancy Services Promotion: Promote and sell consultancy services to businesses in the Middle East, India, and Africa regions.
Client Relationship Management: Be the face of the company and build strong relationships with clients. Understand their business challenges and provide tailored consultancy solutions. - Communication: Communicate exceptionally well, conveying the company’s expertise and ability to address clients’ needs effectively.
Strategic Insight: Understand strategic management and business issues faced by clients, offering solutions and strategies that instill confidence in the company’s capabilities. - Proposal Development: Collaborate with the financial analyst to create proposals with clear, defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) that address client requirements.
- Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads for potential clients in need of consultancy services.
- Negotiation: Involve the CEO in final negotiations with clients to secure consultancy contracts.
- Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the consultancy business.
- MBA qualification with strong analytical skills.
- Sharp, with a professional presence and demeanor.
- Proven track record of successful business development and sales in the consultancy industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to identify and understand client needs and provide relevant solutions.
